Digital photo software is great for home use

Downloading photos from my digital camera to my home PC allows me to keep ample space for fresh shots when they present. I have a special archive setup on my computer where I dump the latest shots. These are then catalogued for future reference. Either I burn them onto a CD or send them to a printer if I want a physical version. I also make use of digital photo software to correct any imperfections in the shots. The other great thing about this software is that it is very easy to use. I can repurpose shots any way I choose which is great for restoring and archiving family occasions.
