How I got out of my mortgage note
We were getting more behind each month. We were not irresponsible, in fact we actually went through over 6 months in savings. I lost my job, which was unexpected. With a recession on the heals, it was very difficult to get another job. But even still, I found work within three months. But that new job just did not pay the same. We needed to sell mortgage note. So we found a buyer, negotiated the terms, closed the deal, and got out of our mortgage note. The buyer did not know about our circumstances, but that did not matter. Now we are back to square one and very happy.
