Fat loss, unlike weight loss should be anyones goal if they think they’re a few pounds heavier then they’d like to be. Of course, fat doesn’t weight as much as muscle, it looks a heck of a lot worse then muscle. Which got me thinking, maybe it’s not all about weight loss after all? Maybe fat loss is a different concept all together. This idea was reinforced as I researched the concept and began reading multiple Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle reviews.
This book, written by an ex body builder reinforced what I was thinking. That fat loss is the key to slimming and a happier figure. While weight loss could mean not just the loss of fat, but also the loss of lean muscle tissue. This isn’t a good idea, considering if you gained weight back your body would have a tough time supporting it.
