Restaurant Portions Out Of Control
I recently went out to eat and got a southwest chicken pasta. I ate the whole thing. Then I realized I probably ate the same amount as if I had made a big pot of pasta at home, AND sprinkled some cheese and chicken on it, AND used extra butter and salt. Not fast weight lose! I still enjoy eating out, and I do it regularly, but I think I’m going to start being more cost conscious and try this one time: eat half, and get a doggie box. Actually, just ask for a doggie box right at the beginning, put half in it, and then eat.
