Recognizing Symptoms of a Panic Attack

My biggest problem as a panic attack sufferer of over 15 years is not so much accepting what I had, but understanding the symptoms of a panic attack in order to pinpoint the actual problem existed in me. To all those new to the disorder, a panic attack is an event triggered by anxiety. The body then releases too much adrenaline for no apparent reason whatsoever. For example you may be sat down relaxing, even in bed asleep, but contrary to a relaxed state you are actually feeling the same sensations as if you were confronting an intruder in your home.
