Losing weight the right way
When I think about losing weight I don’t want to think about it all coming back, but I fear that many people fixate on this with so much fear and concentration that they actually generate a self fulfilling prophecy! I learned in the Fat Loss For Idiots book that you have to keep your mind on the goal, not worry about what you don’t want to happen. If you worry about the fat returning or of failing in your diet efforts you will cause yourself stress and may even become hungry just out of habit and this could cause you to eat all that weight back!
