Fat Loss 4 Idiots Is Worth a Try

Tried the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet recently and found it to be a worthwhile investment.  Although I did not lose 9 pounds in 11 days (this wasn’t my focus), I did lose the weight.More importantly, my body felt better.  Fat Loss 4 Idiots is about eating sensibly and eating less junk foods, fast foods and fried foods.  It’s about getting back to natural home-cooked foods - plenty of fiber, protein, lean fat and complex carbo-hydrate. For sure, the menu it generates are different every day and you get to eat four meals a day. It took me a while to get adjusted to the changes but it’s all been worth it.  I know now, by eating more I can control my cravings - but if I do have the cravings, I can go for the low fat snacks or just add another healthy meal to the 4 meals from Fat Loss 4 Idiots.
