Designing a workout with exercise you can do at home

As a stay at home mum I am fairly restricted in the types of exercise I can do. I value my health and fitness and have been investigating ways that I can use the existing space and equipment that I have at home to create an exercise routine. I discovered a resource that provided some great ideas on exercise you can do at home. With some basic body movements and a skipping rope I can use the space in the spare bedroom to create a little exercise area. This will help me to look and feel better and to keep off any unwanted weight. I always find my energy levels stay a lot higher when I engage in a regular exercise routine.
