Sometimes we all have difficulty sleeping. There is nothing unusual about this, there is no manual that tells us exactly how to sleep so we never quite know what goes wrong when we can’t sleep, therefore we don’t know how to correct it. A quick tip to help you sleep is to make sure you never go to bed worrying. That is a surefire way to make sure your brain cannot shut off, and if your brain cannot shut off because you are constantly replaying a worry in your head then you will never get the sleep you need. Sort your worries out before you go to bed, even if that means staying up late to do it.
