Where can I find out about buying these homes?
There have been so many foreclosures in the news and in the papers lately, I am wondering if there is a way to find out about these homes and purchase them for less than they are worth. I have heard that this is sometimes possible, and that sometimes you can get a really good deal on a house this way. Is this true? Where can I learn more about doing this? I wouldn’t want to get stuck with a house that was in awful shape, but if I could get a good deal it would really help me get a great house for my first home.
