It has been just over two years since my husband and I finally finished building our house. We finished the painting, installing flooring and cupboards, and even completed the light fixtures. The inspector, John, came out and gave us the final approval for occupancy. The only thing left to do was finalize our home mortgage loan with our lender, Blake. Because we had done all of our research beforehand, all of our ducks were in a row before it came to that point and going to the title company to sign papers was a breeze. We are really enjoying being home owners.
