Don’t Ask For Directions
I know how stubborn guys can be when it comes to asking for directions so instead of fighting with my crew about getting directions before I dispatched them, I solved the problem. One weekend I made sure that every vehicle had the GPS truck tracking system installed so that when the guys showed up to work Monday morning they were all surprised with the new addition to the vehicles. Now, while they claim never to need directions, somehow our deliveries are arriving in better time than they ever have before and even our customers have offered compliments on the improvement.
